- DB. 33yo was an IT programmer who was unhappy in her job. The organisation and DB decided it was in everyone's best interests that she move out of the role and out of the company. She was provided with an individual program, working with a CMG consultant. Outcome was that DB is now a qualified workplace trainer, consulting to a number of well known and respected training organisations, loving her work, earning more than in her previous role and enjoying some time freedom. - PS, 35yo was a chemical engineer, worked with his organisation for over 15 years. He had no experience in the job market and was shocked by the redundancy.
