Marjolein Bervoets founded the Career Management Group in 2001 after leaving a major US based global provider of "Outplacement".

Having an extensive background in senior corporate management roles and executive coaching, Marjolein identified the need for a highly flexible and commercially focussed consultancy to serve the needs of Australia's responsible corporate citizens and their respective workforce, from the shop floor to the most senior level of management. 

The Career Management Group team of consultants has been carefully selected to match the passion and drive for candidate care that is the hallmark of our organisation.  The Career Management Group is staffed by a selected group of highly trained and commercially experienced professional career consultants/strategists who have the authority and the ability to personally tailor each program ensuring that "delivery equals expectation".
